Congratulations Dr Brandy! I long advocated for this level of MLS practice but was not sure if I would see this in my lifetime. The need is there.Colleagues who are physicians have told me for years they want, no they NEED, help with selection and interpretation of laboratory tests. It takes just one DCLS to start the ball rolling; let's see how well this role will be recognized and accepted. Congrats also to those who had the vision and to Nadine and her colleagues for hanging in there with guidance, structure and support. Well done!

Well-deserved congratulations on your milestone achievement, Dr. Gunsolus. Now our students and new professionals, as well as all of our motivated members have a living, breathing role model. If I were 30 years younger I would be one of them.
I look forward to congratulating you in person in Chicago.
Sincerely,
Barbara
