ASCLS is seeking three at-large members to join eight ex-officio representatives on a newly formed Marketing and Communications committee. At least one of these at-large members must be an ascending professional member.
In addition to the
general charges for all ASCLS Committees, in 2019-2020, the Marketing and Communications Committee is charged with:
- Educating stakeholders about the various communications tools offered by ASCLS.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that leverages multiple platforms including professional networks.
- Assessing the ASCLS brand within the clinical laboratory industry and identify ways to enhance brand recognition, awareness, and recall.
